Mental Health Therapy

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a way of being with the child that honors their unique developmental level and looks for ways of helping in the “language” of the child – play.

PCIT

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy – also called PCIT – is an evidence-based, short-term treatment designed to help young children with disruptive behavior learn to control their frustration.
The adults learn and practice new skills and techniques for relating to children with emotional or behavior problems, language issues, developmental disabilities, or mental health disorders.
